Administrative Duties: Prepare and maintain visa application files and related documentation. Schedule appointments and manage deadlines effectively to ensure timely processing. Generate and maintain reports on visa application statuses and client feedback. Customer Service: Provide high-quality service and support to clients throughout the visa application process. Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the visa application process. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Visa Executive or in a similar role handling international visa applications. Skills: In-depth knowledge of visa procedures and requirements for Schengen, USA, Australia, Dubai, and the United Kingdom. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
