Roles and Responsibilities

Provide expert advice on visa requirements, application procedures, and documentation for various countries (USA, Canada, Australia, UK, Europe).
Assist clients in filling out online applications forms accurately and efficiently.
Offer guidance on document preparation and submission for visa processing.
Manage client queries related to visa counseling, operations, support, and overseas education.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case files.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in immigration or a related field.
Strong knowledge of tourist visa processing and documentation.
Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
