Role Overview We are hiring 2 dynamic and experienced Visa Counsellors who can confidently guide students through the study abroad visa process (Canada, UK, USA, Australia, Europe). The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of visa requirements, and a proven ability to convert enquiries into successful applications. Key Responsibilities Counselling students & parents about study abroad options and visa requirements. Handling visa applications (documentation, filing, and follow-ups). Coordinating with students for missing documents and application timelines. Updating students on the latest visa rules, embassy updates, and compliance requirements. Achieving monthly counselling & conversion targets. Maintaining records in CRM and reporting to management. Eligibility Criteria Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Visa/Overseas Counsellor in an education consultancy. Strong knowledge of Canada/UK/USA/Australia visa filing procedures . Excellent communication & presentation skills (English, Hindi, Punjabi preferred). Sales orientation with counselling skills. Graduate in any stream (Education/Management preferred).
