Job Description FinDarts is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and nurturing distributor networks, driving financial product sales through channel partnerships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the firm. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in financial services and a passion for business expansion and relationship management. Key Highlights Position: Business Development Manager Experience: Minimum 3 years in financial services or related industry Location: [Insert Location] Salary: ₹5 – ₹8 LPA (based on experience & performance) Type: Full-Time Role & Responsibilities New Distributor Acquisition: Identify and onboard new distributors to expand the business network. Relationship Building: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential distributors. Training & Monitoring: Provide initial and ongoing training to new distributors to ensure product understanding and sales effectiveness. Business Generation: Drive sales and revenue through distributor channels by promoting relevant financial products. Distributor Support: Guide and mentor distributors to help them generate new business opportunities. Joint Client Calls: Conduct joint meetings with distributors and their clients to close deals and build credibility.
