Job Description

As a Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) at our fast-growing wealth management company, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and building long-term relationships with clients. Your primary responsibilities will include generating new leads, scheduling client meetings, and meeting sales targets to achieve annual revenue goals. By focusing on client satisfaction and retention, you will contribute to the growth and success of our organization. Your key responsibilities will involve lead generation and prospecting through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. You will be expected to build a pipeline of prospective clients interested in wealth management services and set up meetings with qualified prospects to present our offerings. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive sales and achieve annual revenue targets through new client acquisitions, as well as meeting monthly revenue targets. In addition to sales, relationship management will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will be required to build and nurture strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Providing excellent post-sales support and regular follow-ups will be essential to ensuring client satisfaction and retention. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in hardcore sales, preferably in financial services or telesales. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills are key, along with a target-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role will include the number of new leads generated, the number of client meetings scheduled per month, achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets, as well as client retention and relationship management performance.
