Job Description

Job Summary: Virtual Assistant will work with international clients by Cold calling a list of target customers to qualify them and set up an appointment with the Business Heads. We are looking for someone who is career oriented and looking for a long-term role where they can grow with us. Responsibilities: Managing E-mails Scheduling meetings and appointments Cold calling international clients Administrative tasks Managing accounts Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in any relevant field required. At least one year of virtual assistant experience preferred.
