Review and assign accurate CPT codes to E&M cases, including ED Facility and IP EM. Ensure coding quality and exceed productivity standards as per company norms. Participate in coding team discussions, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Stay current on industry updates, guidelines, and internal coding policies. Coordinate effectively with the onshore team when required
