We are seeking a creative and experienced Video Editor to join our content team at our Surat office. This full-time position is perfect for someone passionate about storytelling through video content and wants to be part of a dynamic team creating engaging content for the tech and business development space.

• Edit long-format videos for YouTube that showcase AlphaBI's MVP development services, client success stories, and thought leadership content
• Create engaging short-format videos optimised for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
• Transform raw footage into polished, professional content that aligns with AlphaBI's brand guidelines
• Ensure consistent quality and brand representation across all video content
• Collaborate with the content team to understand project requirements and creative vision

• Design eye-catching thumbnails for YouTube videos that drive click-through rates
• Apply basic graphic design principles to enhance video content
• Maintain visual consistency across all video formats and platforms
• Work within established brand guidelines to ensure cohesive visual identity

• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Coordinate with content team members to align on creative direction and messaging
• Adapt content for different platforms while maintaining core messaging
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and content planning meetings

• 2-4 years of professional video editing experience
• Proven track record of creating content for YouTube (long-format) and social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Strong understanding of platform-specific video requirements and best practices
• Experience with various video formats, aspect ratios, and optimization techniques
• Basic graphic design skills for thumbnail creation and visual elements

• Proficiency in professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
• Understanding of video compression, rendering, and export settings for different platforms
• Knowledge of color correction, audio editing, and basic motion graphics
• Familiarity with file management and project organization systems

• Strong storytelling abilities and creative vision
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptability to work on diverse content types and topics

• Experience creating content for B2B or tech companies
• Understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO and thumbnail optimization strategies
• Experience working with remote teams or distributed content creation workflows
• Portfolio demonstrating versatility across different video formats and styles
