About Mission 7374 Foundation

Mission 7374 Foundation is a civic reform and citizen engagement initiative working to make Gurugram a better governed, more transparent, and participative city.

We design creative, impactful communication campaigns on urban issues — from waterlogging and traffic to governance and civic awareness.

Our team includes journalists, social media professionals, designers, and political researchers working to bridge the gap between citizens and institutions.

Role Overview

skilled and creative Video Editor

The editor will work with our journalist interns and digital strategy team to create reels, interviews, and campaign videos that reflect the Foundation’s vision and energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit

  short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook posts)

  from on-ground footage.
• Produce

  long-form videos (2–5 mins)

  for campaigns, interviews, and public events.
• Add subtitles, transitions, background music, and brand templates to ensure visual consistency.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing and content writing team to conceptualize storylines.
• Manage footage, organize drives, and maintain an internal media library.
• Deliver final versions optimized for different platforms (vertical/horizontal formats).
• Stay updated with video trends, civic storytelling styles, and social media formats.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in

  Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop.

• Knowledge of

  basic motion graphics

  and sound mixing.
• Strong understanding of

  visual rhythm, storytelling, and pacing.

• Ability to

  work independently with tight deadlines.

• Prior experience in editing

  documentary, social, or civic-themed content

  preferred.
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to experiment with formats.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Mass Communication, Film Studies, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–3 years of relevant editing experience (internship or full-time).
• Portfolio or showreel link is mandatory.

• Fixed monthly salary of ₹20,000 - 25,000.
