The team works at the intersection of credit, digital assets, and risk management, designing products that are simple on the surface yet robust in terms of infrastructure and risk controls. What You’ll Do

• Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and the Valuete website, aligned with product and growth goals.​
• Work closely with the founder to translate complex fintech concepts into clear, engaging videos: product explainers, customer stories, founder updates, and thought-leadership clips.​
• Own the end-to-end production workflow: from idea and storyboard to filming, editing, publishing, and performance tracking.​
• Repurpose raw footage into multiple formats (reels, shorts, carousels with motion, teaser clips) optimised for each platform’s best practices.​
• Collaborate with product and growth teams to support launches, partnerships, and campaigns through tailored video assets.​
• Maintain an organised content library, project tracker, and basic content calendar for upcoming shoots and releases.​

Skills & Requirements

• Strong video production skills: filming and editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.​
• Ability to plan and storyboard videos, write simple scripts, and structure content for clarity and retention.​
• Experience creating short-form content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, TikTok or YouTube Shorts; understanding of what hooks and formats perform well.​
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and willingness to iterate content based on performance data.​
• Strong communication skills, reliability in managing deadlines, and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity startup environment.​
• Interest in fintech / investing / lending or readiness to learn domain concepts quickly is a strong plus.​
