Video Content Creator

This is a unique, hybrid role requiring both a strong financial foundation and creative video production/presentation skills. You will be responsible for translating complex accounting topics into engaging social media video content.

• Content Creation & Production (50%):
• Script, storyboard, film, and edit short-form videos (e.g., TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and long-form videos (e.g., YouTube) on various accounting, tax, and financial topics.
• Manage the entire video lifecycle, from initial concept development to final posting and optimization.
• Ensure all content is factually accurate and compliant with industry standards.
• On-Camera Presentation (30%):
• Act as the primary on-camera presenter, delivering clear, charismatic, and authoritative explanations of financial concepts in fluent English.
• Maintain an engaging and professional on-screen presence that builds trust and rapport with our audience.
• Subject Matter Expertise (20%):
• Research and identify trending and critical accounting/finance topics that resonate with our target audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing and finance teams to align video content with business goals and educational objectives.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Accounting/Finance Background:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Mandatory: Proven, practical knowledge and experience in fundamental accounting principles, bookkeeping, and/or tax preparation.
• Video & Presentation Skills:
• Mandatory: Demonstrated experience and proficiency in creating, editing, and publishing engaging video content for major social media platforms (portfolio/demo reel required).
• Comfortable and experienced acting as an on-camera presenter.
• Language Proficiency:
• Mandatory: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language. Must be able to speak clearly, articulately, and fluently on-camera.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
