This role is located in Chennai,TN.
Role Overview
The Service Delivery Lead is responsible for the end-to-end governance and delivery of print services across 30+ countries. This role manages vendor engagements and Statements of Work (SOWs), monitors service levels and regulatory compliance, drives digitization initiatives, and ensures that print applications operate efficiently within agreed OLA/SLA parameters.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Manage SOWs and vendor relationships for managed print services across 30+ countries as an Engagement Manager
- Support the delivery of digital print services for internal and external clients
- Monitor service levels and conduct regular performance reviews
- Manage internal and external audits and ensure compliance with risk and audit requirements
- Oversee daily health checks of print applications and their operating environments; remediate issues promptly
- Identify and implement technical solutions and optimizations within the print environment
- Lead Change Management and Disaster Recovery activities for all print applications
- Continuously update and maintain application documentation and runbooks
- Lead efforts to reduce reliance on print services by promoting digitization
- Develop and execute short- to long-term strategies for print service transformation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, fostering strong relationships
- Manage expenditures in line with purchase orders and budget guidelines
- Ensure governance and risk-management controls are in place across Production and Disaster Recovery environments
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
- 4–6 years of related experience; experience in securities or financial services is a plus
- 2–3 years of Technology Vendor Management experience
- Hands-on knowledge of print-related products (e.g., Control Suite, Kofax AutoStore, RedTitan, Equitrac)
- Technology Infrastructure Management expertise
- Proven transformation of leadership and team management skills
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving and product-design acumen
- Solid project-management experience
- Preferred certifications: ITIL Foundation or equivalent
