Job Description

Sales Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve occupancy and revenue targets across all centers.

  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, including regional sales managers, inside sales reps, and business development executives.

  • Own the sales pipeline and ensure effective tracking, nurturing, and conversion at all stages.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.

Business Development

  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers in corporate real estate, startups, enterprises, and SME segments.

  • Close deals for managed office solutions, coworking seats, and enterprise custom solutions.

  • Maintain and grow a network of brokers, IPCs, and channel partners to drive consistent deal flow.

  • Explore opportunities for expansion into new cities or verticals, backed by data and business insights.

Revenue & Performance Management

  • Deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Optimize pricing strategies based on market demand and competitor analysis.

  • Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives to maximize revenue from existing clients.

  • Monitor and report on KPIs, conversion metrics, lead quality, and campaign ROI.

Market Intelligence & Customer Insights

  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and client expectations to identify growth opportunities.

  • Use CRM tools and data analytics to guide sales strategies and refine processes.

  • Represent the brand at industry events, client meetings, and media engagements where required.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of scaling sales operations, preferably in real estate, coworking, or workspace solutions.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first attitude.

  • Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach to solving complex problems.
