Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute international sales strategies to drive revenue growth in global markets.
  • Manage key accounts, build strong relationships with customers, and negotiate contracts for pharmaceutical products.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market expansion, channel partner management, and strategic sales planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services globally.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales or international sales leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry. (Preferably with LATAM, Denmark, the Middle East, etc.)
  • An MBA is preferred with a sales/marketing background.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through effective account management, negotiation skills, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Strong network in the Indian pharma industry, including doctors, distributors ,and institutions.
