Company Overview:

We are a fast-growing real estate and civil construction firm engaged in premium residential and commercial projects, including villas, bungalows, resorts, and large-scale residential developments across Maharashtra. As we scale from ₹100 Cr to ₹500+ Cr in revenue, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to join our executive team.

Position Summary:

We are hiring a Vice President – Operations & Execution, who will be the single point of accountability across all project sites. This senior leadership role demands complete ownership of project execution, team leadership, and operational excellence—without the need for constant supervision from top management.

You will lead cross-functional teams including Project Management, Procurement, Billing, HR, Logistics, Contractors, and Site Operations, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution and delivery of 30+ ongoing projects across Maharashtra (villas, bungalows, resorts, and residential developments).
• Head all site teams and departments including Project Managers, General Managers, Engineers, Purchase, Billing, HR, Logistics, and Admin.
• Create, manage, and execute monthly plans and budgets in alignment with company goals.
• Ensure high standards in quality control, progress tracking, cost management, and timely reporting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-ground challenges related to manpower, vendors, materials, or delays independently.
• Develop and implement SOPs and company-wide policies for project and operational efficiency.
• Drive team performance through clear KPIs, discipline, and accountability at all levels.
• Leverage ERP systems, Excel tools, and real-time reporting dashboards to streamline operations.
• Identify strategic partnerships and contribute to the business growth roadmap.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in civil construction/project management at a senior level.
• Proven track record of managing 20+ sites or equivalent operational volume.
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making capabilities.
• Expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Proficient in ERP systems, Excel, and operational reporting tools.
• Fluent in English and Hindi; Marathi proficiency preferred.
• Willing to be based in or relocate to Raigad / Alibaug.
