HR Operations & Compliance  Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking.  Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, CLRA, etc.).  Conduct HR audits and ensure readiness for client, ISO, or statutory inspections. 5. Performance Management & Learning  Lead the Performance Management System (PMS) implementation across levels.  Identify skill gaps and create annual training calendars.  Drive leadership development and upskilling initiatives for site and HO staff. 6. Site HR & Labor Welfare  Monitor and support HR functioning at project sites and worker camps.  Ensure labor welfare compliance—safety, sanitation, health, canteen, and accommodation standards.  Handle disputes, union matters, and ensure timely resolution of site-level HR issues. Candidate Profile:  MBA/PGDM in HR or related field from a recognized institute.  Minimum 10+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years in the construction/infrastructure/real estate industry.  In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, payroll, and compliance.  Experience in managing multi-location/site HR operations.  Proven track record of strategic HR leadership and people management.
