Job Title: HR Admin – Labour Hiring & Labour Vendor Manager
Experience: 10+ Years
Location: Alibug, navi mumbai

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to manage labor contractors/vendors and ensure end-to-end compliance with labor laws for our construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fulfilling manpower requirements across multiple projects, overseeing vendor relationships, and managing internal labor administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, source, and onboard reliable labor contractors and vendors.
  • Ensure all statutory labor compliance requirements (ESIC, PF, Wages, etc.) are met by vendors and contractors.
  • Manage and fulfill labor requirements across 20+ active construction projects.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and bills while ensuring cost optimization.
  • Oversee vendor payments and manage labor cost budgeting.
  • Lead and coordinate with site HR/admin teams for labor deployment and issue resolution.
  • Maintain documentation and records for audits and inspections.
  • Develop strategies for effective labor planning and vendor performance evaluation.
  • Act as the departmental lead and point of contact for all labor-related functions.

Skills & Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and contract labor management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in vendor management and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, vendor billing systems, and HRMS (preferred).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master’s Degree or MBA in HR (preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in labor vendor sourcing and management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
