Position : Accountant Location : Baroda (Vadodara) Job Summary We are urgently hiring for an Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting tasks at our Baroda office. The candidate should be loyal, trustworthy, and capable of managing company accounts independently. The role involves coordination with the site teams and handling petty cash along with other routine financial activities. Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting — entries in Tally/ERP/Software. Handle petty cash — maintain proper records and settlement. Prepare invoices, vouchers, and payment records. Bank reconciliation and other related activities. Maintain records of vendor payments & receivables. Coordinate with site teams regarding material, petty cash, and expense handling. Support with statutory compliance like GST, TDS, PF/ESIC (with CA or external support). Prepare basic reports for management review. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or equivalent. 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting. Good knowledge of Tally or any accounting software. Should be sincere, loyal, and committed to the company. Must have good coordination skills with field/site teams. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word). Salary Salary will be as per market standards and based on experience. Additional Qualities Trustworthy & dependable for managing company accounts. Proactive and good at maintaining internal financial discipline. Willing to coordinate with site staff and office team as required.
