Job Description

Objective: To source, manage, and ensure optimal utilization of labour across all ongoing bungalow construction sites. Key Responsibilities: Labour Sourcing and Recruitment: • Identify and recruit skilled and unskilled labour as per the project requirements. • Maintain a database of available labour for quick deployment to new or ongoing sites. Labour Allocation: • Assign workers to specific sites based on project priorities and labour skill requirements. • Manage redistribution of labour across sites as per demand fluctuations. Attendance and Productivity Tracking: • Monitor daily attendance and productivity of labour on all sites. • Maintain records for overtime, absences, and replacement requirements. Compliance and Safety: • Ensure compliance with labour laws and safety regulations on-site. • Conduct regular training sessions on workplace safety and job responsibilities. Conflict Resolution: • Address grievances or conflicts among labour and resolve them in a timely manner. • Coordinate with site supervisors for smooth execution of work. Performance Reporting: • Provide weekly and monthly reports to management on labour utilization, costs, and productivity.
