As a Software Quality Assurance Manager, you'll combine your technical expertise with strategic leadership to define and scale modern QA practices, automation strategies, and team capabilities. 🌟 What You’ll DoPartner with developers, BAs, and PMs to understand requirements and drive testing strategies. Lead a team of offshore QA engineers—mentoring, guiding, and managing delivery timelines. Design, build, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases (manual + automated). Own defect tracking, resolution coordination, and risk mitigation processes. Develop and implement a long-term automated testing roadmap. Test across web, API, and mobile platforms with end-to-end integration coverage. Deliver excellence in fast-paced agile environments while managing quality at scale. 🧠What You Bring✅ Must-Haves12–16 years of QA experience with strong technical and people leadership skills. Programming skills in Java, Python, or C++ with hands-on Selenium expertise. Deep experience with Playwright, API testing, and automation frameworks. Strong command over QA fundamentals including STLC, SDLC, regression, and exploratory testing. Experience in mobile and enterprise web applications with multiple integrations. Solid communication, problem-solving, and team coordination capabilities. Comfortable working across global teams and managing time zones effectively. Skilled in SQL, Excel, test reporting tools, and Agile methodologies. ➕ Nice-to-HaveExposure to Salesforce platforms or other CRM systems. Experience in accessibility testing.
