Role & responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Vice President Project Sales to lead our sales efforts in the LED lighting space. This role is critical to our growth trajectory, with a goal of reaching 100 crore in turnover within the next three years. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving project-based sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, identify new opportunities, and expand customer relationships.

  • Project Acquisition and Management:

Lead project sales efforts, manage the full sales cycle, negotiate deals, and oversee successful execution.

  • Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue and expansion goals.

  • Market Analysis and Intelligence

    :

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to shape strategic sales decisions.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive repeat business and loyalty

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements (Essential Skills):

• 10+years of experience in project sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of LED lighting solutions and commercial project sales cycles.

• Proven ability to generate revenue and lead sales teams to meet ambitious targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• Experience working with EPC contractors, builders, or architects.

• Existing network within the LED or construction industry.
