Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our origination investment banking team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking and leadership, with 15-20 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth through new client acquisition and expansion.
Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans.

Job Requirements

Proven track record of success in investment banking, particularly in origination and client relationship management.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with clients and stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong understanding of the financial services industry, including regulatory requirements and industry standards.
