Job Description

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
Conduct thorough industry or market analyses, company profiles, and portfolio analysis.
Create pitch books, capital structure analyses, and cash flow modeling.
Manage full project life cycle of investment banking solutions for real estate clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and drive business growth.

Job Requirements

Proven track record of 10-15 years in land and fund-raising transactions.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate structured deals.
In-depth understanding of real estate market trends and dynamics.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and client relationship management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and be solution-oriented.
CA/MBA or equivalent qualification.
