Job Description

Manage and oversee treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, funding strategies, and risk management.
Develop and implement corporate governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement initiatives.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles, practices, and regulations.
Experience in treasury management, financial analysis, and risk assessment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
Educational qualifications: B.Com, CA, MBA/PGDM.
