We are committed to innovation, compliance, and risk management in the fintech ecosystem.Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced Vice President (VP) who will lead Enterprise Fraud Risk Management (EFRM), Risk Management, and Compliance. The role requires strong expertise in digital payments, risk frameworks, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention systems. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of proven experience in the same segment and a strong track record of delivering results at a management level within fintech or payments.Key Responsibilities:• Lead EFRM strategy to monitor, detect, and prevent fraud in real time.• Establish and maintain robust risk management frameworks for digital payment transactions.• Ensure regulatory compliance with RBI guidelines, KYC/AML standards, and data security norms.• Work closely with banks, auditors, and legal advisors to ensure smooth operations.• Design and implement risk mitigation policies across payout and collection services.• Conduct regular compliance audits and create reports for management and regulators.• Collaborate with tech teams to integrate risk & compliance APIs, security layers, and monitoring tools.• Train teams on risk awareness, fraud detection, and compliance updates.Key Requirements:• Minimum 2+ years of experience in EFRM, Risk, and Compliance in fintech, payments, or banking.• Strong knowledge of RBI digital payment compliance, AML/KYC guidelines, and fraud monitoring systems.• Proven track record of success at management level, with ability to lead teams and deliver measurable outcomes.• Experience in handling risk audits, regulatory reporting, and transaction monitoring tools.• Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.• Location preference: Mumbai (Mira Road) or nearby.Compensation & Growth:• Competitive salary with performance-linked incentives.• Opportunity to lead risk and compliance for a growing fintech leader.• Exposure to high-level strategy and innovation in the payment ecosystem.
