Vice President

As the VP - Regulatory Reporting at OakNorth Bank, your role will involve driving the implementation of a new end-to-end regulatory reporting system starting from June 2023. You will play a crucial part in fulfilling key responsibilities within the regulatory reporting domain and collaborating with a small team to support the bank's growth. Key Responsibilities: - Learn and manage regulatory returns across capital, liquidity, and leverage - Handle daily liquidity reporting, ALCO reporting, and IRRBB reporting for Treasury balance sheet management - Research regulatory impact and provide insights into new product development - Produce liquidity, credit, and banking exposure reports - Manage balance sheet driven returns, capital, and RWA returns - Ensure compliance with regulations and SOPs - Prepare management information and support the production of treasury ALCO packs - Maintain reporting integrity and governance tasks such as finance team governance tracker, SOP updates, audit/regulatory action tracking, and responding to regulatory queries Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience in Regulatory Reporting, particularly Basel Reporting - Liquidity, Capital, and RWA reporting - Experience in the Financial Services industry, particularly in the UK Regulatory (PRA/BOE), Treasury, Risk management, or related fields - Strong Excel skills, data analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities - Degree qualification in Accounting/Finance and graduation/post-graduation from a top-rated college/CA/MBA Finance/CFA/FRM/PRM/ACT About OakNorth Bank: OakNorth Bank empowers entrepreneurs to realize their ambitions by providing barrier-free banking solutions rooted in data intelligence.
