Vice President - Fraud Operations

As a Vice President - Fraud Operations at Barclays, you will step into a role that requires you to lead and develop a highly engaged team. Exposure to strategic planning and working in large, complex organizations is highly valued. An in-depth understanding and extensive hands-on experience in managing Fraud Operations for international banks in the US and UK environments is required. The purpose of the role is to lead and develop a highly engaged team to achieve consistently excellent customer outcomes. You will be accountable for creating excellent customer satisfaction, maintaining performance management standards, running the day-to-day business, conducting market research, and fostering a resolution culture.
