Vice President

As the Vice President of Business Development for Banquets, Retail, and Hotels in Mumbai, your role involves driving growth and expanding the client base. You will be responsible for strategizing and executing business development plans, nurturing key relationships, and leading sales teams to achieve revenue targets in the competitive hospitality market. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies for Banquets, Retail, and Hotels. - Lead and mentor sales and business development teams to exceed sales targets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. - Identify potential partnerships, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals. - Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams for seamless execution of initiatives. - Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine strategies. - Represent the company at industry events to boost brand visibility. - Prepare regular reports on sales performance and business forecasts for senior leadership. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field. - 8+ years of experience in business development or sales leadership within Banquets, Retail, and/or Hotels. - Strong network and deep understanding of the Mumbai hospitality market. - Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a hands-on approach.,
