Vice President Finance

As a VP Finance at our GCC center in India, based out of Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations and providing strategic guidance to the executive team. Your responsibilities will include: - **Financial Strategy & Leadership:** - Develop long-term financial plans aligned with business goals. - Provide strategic guidance to the executive team. - **US Accounting & Controllership:** - Ensure compliance with US GAAP. - Oversee financial reporting. - Establish internal control policies. - **Procurement Management:** - Develop global procurement strategies. - Manage the supply chain and supplier relationships. - Support business strategy through procurement. - **Transfer Pricing Management:** - Implement global transfer pricing policies. - Ensure compliance with international tax regulations. - Manage intercompany transactions effectively. - **Financial Analysis & Reporting:** - Identify cost optimization opportunities. - Develop financial models for scenario planning. - Prepare financial reports for stakeholders. - **Team & Stakeholder Management:** - Lead the finance team in talent development. - Represent the organization in financial dealings with external stakeholders. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15-20 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles. - Proven track record in managing financial reporting and compliance. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. - Experience in SaaS, Manufacturing, BFSI sectors preferred.,
