Vice President

As a Project and Operation Management professional, you will be leading and supervising team members of the Antivirus, Email, DCT, and DLP team. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing L2, L3 support to L1 Teams (Techteam/CST) for resolution of issues related to Antivirus, Email, DCT & DLP. - Monitoring uptime, performance & utilization of all Antivirus, DLP & Email Infrastructure. - Leading Configuration Change Management by initiating configuration changes, performing impact analysis, validation & approval, planning & execution of approved changes, and maintaining records for audit purposes. - Managing Incident Management by preparing incident management forms, maintaining incident reports for audit purposes, and updating the knowledge base. - Coordinating with technical team members of Vendors & Business Partners during the initial establishment of any project. - Providing support for Problem & Fault Management by troubleshooting uptime and performance-related issues and coordinating with FMS, Vendors, Technical Assistance Center (TAC) teams of OEMs for issue resolution. - Performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in coordination with internal & external stakeholders, vendors, and TAC teams to prepare and maintain RCA reports. - Acting as an escalation point for incidents not resolved in a timely manner and working with Head of IT Infrastructure, Support/Procurement to establish standards and best practices for managing Antivirus, Email & DLP infrastructure. - Implementing policies/standards based on ITIL methodology to enhance the quality and efficiency of support services. - Taking responsibility for overall system and infrastructure availability and developing a resilient infrastructure to reduce failures. The above responsibilities will require strong leadership skills, technical expertise in Antivirus, Email, DCT & DLP, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of IT services.,
