Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of IT Services and Consulting to lead our Services Entity. This senior leadership role is critical for driving revenue growth, expanding headcount, and enhancing our business development, pre-sales, and client management efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services, proven leadership capabilities, and a strategic mindset to navigate and succeed in a competitive market. This role involves collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure our IT services meet the needs of potential clients and support the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & innovation:
  • Define and execute the software services vision aligned with the organization s 3 5 year growth strategy.
  • Oversee the execution of business development initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Implement strategic plans to drive revenue and headcount growth.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies including Generative AI, Low-code/No-code platforms, cloud-native services, and Edge computing
Revenue Growth:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue streams.
  • Develop pricing strategies and service offerings that meet market demand and profitability targets.
People & Organization Development:
  • Plan and execute headcount growth strategies to support business expansion.
  • Collaborate with HR to attract, recruit, and retain top talent in the IT services sector.
  • Build and mentor high-performing, cross-functional global teams.
  • Scale workforce capabilities in areas like AI engineering, cloud migration, cybersecurity, and product thinking.
Delivery Excellence
  • Lead global delivery operations with a focus on agile execution, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs around productivity, quality, and time-to-market.
  • Drive platform engineering and reusable IP/assets across engagements.
Pre-Sales Activities:
  • Participate in pre-sales process, including proposal development, presentations, and negotiations.
Client Management:
  • Build and expand CXO-level relationships with key enterprise clients and strategic accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
  • 20+ years of experience in IT services and consulting, with at least 8-10 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and headcount growth.

  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Ability to drive profitability and manage financial performance.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Technical Knowledge:
  • In-depth understanding of IT services, solutions, and industry trends.
  • Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.
