Vice President, Client Service

As a Vice President, Client Service I at BNY, you will play a crucial role in the Client Solutions Group team, located in Pune, MH - HYBRID. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing multiple sub-teams/functions within the Client Solutions Group, handling tasks such as managing client instruction mailbox, producing client-specific reports, conducting periodic KYC reviews, and maintaining internal reporting systems. - Collating and producing internal MIS, monitoring day-to-day operations, and managing the performance of assigned staff. - Strengthening internal controls and operating protocols through collaboration and continuous improvement ideas. - Serving as an escalation/key point of contact for the onshore CSG team, responding to complex client and operational issues. - Contributing to complex/critical tasks, reviewing and approving tasks when necessary. - Interpreting tracking and reporting on team performance, coaching managers and staff, and recruiting, directing, motivating, and developing staff. To excel in this role, you should have: - Minimum 8-10 years of relevant business experience with 2-3 years in people management. - Knowledge of institutional asset management, client service passion, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to process improvement. - Self-starter mentality, ability to multitask, strong communication skills, change facilitation ability, and the capacity to work independently. - Proactive, result-oriented, high integrity, and able to work with minimal supervision. - Excellent written and oral communication skills, prioritization abilities, project management skills, change leadership, and proficiency in Excel.
