Serve as the primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication
Coordinate and integrate efforts with agency partners for cohesive and effective execution
Act as a strategic advisor, translating client needs into actionable insights for internal teams while balancing agency goals
Manage client financials, ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation
Navigate and resolve conflicts among internal stakeholders, clients, and agency partners to maintain a collaborative working environment
