  • Oversee the execution of tactical plans, managing day-to-day operations of integrated teams across programs and pitches
  • Serve as the primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication
  • Coordinate and integrate efforts with agency partners for cohesive and effective execution
  • Act as a strategic advisor, translating client needs into actionable insights for internal teams while balancing agency goals
  • Manage client financials, ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation
  • Navigate and resolve conflicts among internal stakeholders, clients, and agency partners to maintain a collaborative working environment
