Vice President Business Excellence Location: Remote Compensation: 6 lakhs - 24 lakhs per annum Experience: 5+ years in International BPO, IT Sales, or Telecom We are now looking for a high-impact, result-oriented leader who can drive sales, optimize operations, and shape strategic growth. Sales & Business Development Drive lead generation, appointment setting, and sales strategies for international markets. Identify and forge strategic alliances with enterprise clients, telecom operators, and technology partners. Manage high-value negotiations and build long-term partnerships with C-level executives and decision-makers. 2. Strategic Leadership Develop and execute innovative business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Spearhead go-to-market (GTM) strategies , ensuring strong alignment with business goals. Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to drive innovation. 3. Operational Excellence Optimize and oversee end-to-end sales operations , ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction. Implement new systems, data-driven sales analytics, and automation tools to maximize efficiency. Build, lead, and train high-performing teams , fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and accountability. What You Bring to the Table Experience & Expertise 5+ years of experience in International BPO, IT Sales, or Telecom Sales. Proven experience in scaling operations, driving exponential revenue growth, and managing P&L responsibilities. Strong network within the telecom, IT and enterprise solutions industries. Leadership & Strategy Experience in building, mentoring, and leading sales and business development teams. Ability to align cross-functional teams towards achieving strategic business goals. Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Technical & Communication Skills Proficiency in CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and sales automation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make business-driven decisions Why Join Smartbridge?
