Job Description

Role & responsibilities Generating leads by Identifying Potential Prospects through means of web research and business directories and sending them First Level Propositions Mapping customer's requirement and feeding them with all commercial & technical information Co-ordinating with the remote sales team and counterparts on initiation to execution of paper-work & perusal of payment cycles. Troubleshooting preliminary tech issues and actively involved in post-sales & relationship building activities with existing channels partners. Preferred candidate profile Any Graduate / 6 months-2years of Experience in Chat/ Email process Candidates with good communication skills and good typing speed (40 w/p/m) MS Office (proficiency esp MS Excel) would be preferred. Candidates residing in Coimbatore/Chennai would be an preferred. Perks and benefits Rs 15,000 Per Month + Internet allowance (1000rs) + Meal Bonus (500) = Rs 16,500 per month (Those who are fine with the above compensation only apply to this role.) Timings : 11 AM - 8.30 PM (Monday to Friday) Saturdays & Sundays are Fixed off
