Vice President

As a Vice President within the User Access Management team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and guiding a team responsible for managing user access controls and entitlements. Your main responsibilities will include: - Leading efforts to ensure secure and efficient access management - Developing strategies to optimize entitlement processes - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold compliance and security standards You will also be responsible for managing a team of Analysts who oversee Application User Access and Entitlement Oversight and Governance. This will involve: - Engaging with Technology and Risk Partners to ensure regulatory requirements are met - Managing projects related to User Access Entitlements, including automation efforts and analysis - Gathering information for Audits related to User Access Entitlements and Certifications Additionally, you will identify areas of improvement within existing processes and leverage automation efforts to enhance efficiency across the team. You will also manage Technology Projects related to infrastructure and transmissions, providing regular updates on program progress and collaborating to resolve any arising issues. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, over 5 years of industry experience in User Access Controls and Application Entitlements, proficient understanding of Identity and Access Management frameworks, experience with JPM Fund Services Applications, and demonstrated ability to lead teams and prioritize tasks effectively. Preferred qualifications include proven experience in managing staff, projects, and programs, excellent organizational skills, ability to perform under pressure, and proficiency in MS Office products.
