Position: Venue Manager Reports to: Area/Operation Manager Direct Reports: Venue Team Location: Hyderabad Salary: ₹58,000 (In-hand, per month) Eligibility: Female candidates only About the RoleWe are seeking a female Venue Manager to lead operations at a children’s edutainment and play centre in Hyderabad. The role requires ensuring memorable guest experiences, achieving financial and operational excellence, and leading a high-performing team. You will also uphold a safe and engaging environment for children and families while promoting fun, creativity, and purposeful play. Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience Deliver engaging and memorable experiences for children and families. Coach and inspire your team to provide outstanding guest service. Build strong guest relationships to drive repeat visits and positive reviews. People & Culture Recruit, train, and develop your team of staff members. Lead by example in culture, values, and performance management. Recognize and reward team contributions. Safety & Compliance Maintain a safe, clean, and child-friendly environment. Ensure full compliance with safety standards. Financial & Operational Management Deliver on revenue and cost targets. Analyse reports and implement effective cost control. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and execution of initiatives. RequirementsFemale candidates only. 5+ years of experience in retail, leisure, or hospitality management. Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills. Proven customer service excellence. Commercial and financial management expertise. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Passion for working with children and creating fun, safe learning experiences. First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain). Experience in child development/education is a plus. Benefits & Work ConditionsCompetitive salary of ₹58,000 in-hand per month. Rotational shifts of 9 hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
