As an Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager - Business Development at our company, your role will involve expanding our subscription sales business in Bangalore. You will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, meeting sales targets, and managing input metrics and deliverables. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare short-term and long-term sales plans, sales approaches, and strategies to consistently achieve revenue targets aligned with team and organizational objectives. Your responsibilities will also include client relationship management, creating effective client strategies to enhance their business, driving Cross/Up-sell Revenue, building and managing outbound business development pipeline, identifying target accounts with strategic timing and strong use cases, establishing best practices for converting leads to sales, staying updated on market trends and competitor intelligence, and being accountable for the growth of the allocated markets. Your proven track record in the closing end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiating and relationship management, will be crucial for success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect potential clients, meet sales targets, and manage input metrics and deliverables - Prepare short-term and long-term sales plans, sales approaches, and strategies - Achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives - Manage client relationships and create effective strategies for enhancing their business - Build and manage outbound business development pipeline - Identify target accounts with strategic timing and strong use cases - Establish best practices for converting leads to sales - Stay updated on market trends and competitor intelligence - Be accountable for the growth of allocated markets - Close end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, solutioning, negotiating, and relationship management **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in product-focused sales with an organized approach to work - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Strong business acumen and product expertise - Prior experience in SaaS, ad-sales, and field sales - Consultative tech-product selling approach - Skills in end-to-end sales, business development, strategic planning, market analysis, client relationship management, consultative selling, B2B sales In this role, you will be responsible for scaling up the market by going deep, managing relationships with clients, providing thought leadership in strategy, conducting in-person meetings with prospective clients, and ensuring retention and new acquisition.
