Key Responsibilities

Investor & Fund Operations

• Manage end-to-end investor onboarding, including KYC verification and account setup
• Address investor queries related to investments, reporting, and operational processes
• Handle fund settlements, reconciliations, and operational tracking with high accuracy
• Design, document, and continuously improve SOPs to automate and streamline operations
• Collaborate with product, technology, compliance, and business teams to implement regulatory or platform updates
• Coordinate with financial intermediaries and stakeholders for AIF reporting, compliance, and data management
  

Transaction Management

• Lead the complete transaction lifecycle for startup investments, from onboarding to deal closure
• Coordinate with startup founders, internal teams, and external stakeholders to execute transaction workstreams
• Partner with legal and operations teams to ensure smooth execution, compliance, and risk mitigation
  

Strategic & New Initiatives

• Support investment committee-led strategic initiatives, including product and business development efforts
• Assist in organizing demo days, learning sessions, investor interactions, and ecosystem events
• Contribute to process innovation and new operational models aligned with business growth
  

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Postgraduate qualification such as MBA, CA, or equivalent, with 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Proven exposure to client operations, fund operations, or transaction management within financial services or investment platforms
• Strong understanding of SEBI regulations, especially related to KYC and investor compliance
• Exceptional attention to detail with a structured, process-driven mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams
• High ownership mentality and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools for reporting, analysis, and stakeholder communication
• Genuine interest in early-stage investing, startups, technology, and innovation-driven ecosystems
