Job Summary: Homemonde Lifestyle Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Vendor Relationship Executive to oversee and enhance our relationships with suppliers and vendors. This role is critical in ensuring that our supply chain operations run smoothly and efficiently, ultimately contributing to the success of our lifestyle products. Key Responsibilities: Vendor Management: Ø Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors. Ø Identify and onboard new vendors to expand the supplier network. Ø Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure favourable conditions for the company. Performance Monitoring: Ø Regularly assess vendor performance against established KPIs. Ø Conduct periodic reviews and audits of vendor operations and service delivery. Ø Address any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner to maintain quality standards. Collaboration: Ø Work closely with internal teams such as procurement, production, and quality assurance to align vendor capabilities with company needs. Ø Facilitate communication between vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure clarity and efficiency. Market Research: Ø Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Ø Provide insights and recommendations to enhance vendor strategies and sourcing. Risk Management: Ø Identify potential risks in the vendor supply chain and develop mitigation strategies. Ø Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to vendor operations. Reporting and Documentation: Ø Maintain accurate records of vendor agreements, performance metrics, and correspondence. Ø Prepare regular reports for senior management on vendor performance and relationship status. Qualifications and Skills: · Bachelor's/master’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. · Proven experience in brand management, preferably in the home and textile industry. · Strong understanding of D2C business models and digital marketing strategies. · Excellent communication, creative thinking, and interpersonal skills. · Ability to analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.
