Our AI-driven DoMyShoot mobile app empowers online sellers to create professional eCommerce images instantly at an unprecedented scale and low cost. In October 2021, Dresma raised USD 3 million in Seed Round funding to further scale our AI/ML-based solutions, empowering businesses of all sizes and transforming the way they sell online.


Role Description

Vendor Manager


Key Responsibilities:


Vendor Sourcing & Onboarding

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard talented freelancers across Photoshop, Lightroom, and video editing domains.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and timelines with freelance vendors.


Project Coordination

  • Assign tasks to appropriate freelancers based on project needs and availability.
  • Coordinate project briefs, timelines, and deliverables between in-house teams and external creatives.
  • Ensure vendors have all necessary assets and guidelines for each project.


Quality Control

  • Review and approve creative deliverables to ensure they meet internal standards, brand guidelines, and project objectives.
  • Provide feedback to freelancers and ensure revisions are completed efficiently.


Performance Management

  • Track and evaluate vendor performance based on quality, timeliness, and communication.
  • Maintain a vetted pool of high-performing freelancers for recurring work.


Budget & Cost Management

  • Monitor freelance spend and work within established budgets.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.


Process Optimization

  • Develop and implement scalable workflows for managing creative vendors.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of vendor agreements, communications, and deliverables.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in vendor or project management, ideally within creative or marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows, particularly in 

    Photoshop, Lightroom, and video editing

    .
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus (you don’t need to edit, but you should speak the language).
