Vendor Manager

Your key responsibilities will include Vendor Development & Evaluation, where you will be tasked with identifying and assessing new suppliers to ensure they meet Zeeco's standards in terms of capability, capacity, and ethical compliance. You will also be responsible for conducting supplier reviews and audits to maintain quality and operational alignment. In Vendor Performance Management, you will develop and maintain performance metrics for vendors, tracking quality, delivery, and cost. You will work on identifying and implementing improvements in processes and vendor performance to enhance overall efficiency. Project Coordination & Procurement will involve collaborating with project teams to select suitable vendors based on project requirements such as quality, budget, and schedule. You will negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms, as well as manage post-order vendor activities. Ensuring Quality & Safety Compliance is crucial, and you will be responsible for overseeing safe working practices throughout vendors" manufacturing processes. You will coordinate inspection activities to uphold quality standards. Supplier Relationship Management is another key aspect of the role, where you will build strong relationships with vendors to align with Zeeco's objectives and act as the primary point of contact for project updates, compliance, and issue resolution. Travel & On-Site Inspections will require you to travel to supplier locations within the EMEA region for audits, inspections, and relationship management.
