Vendor Manager

As a Vendor Manager, your role involves identifying, evaluating, and selecting vendors that meet the quality, pricing, and service delivery standards. Your responsibilities will include: - Negotiating contracts, pricing, SLAs, and establishing long-term partnerships. - Maintaining an organized vendor database and documentation for efficient management. - Resolving vendor-related issues promptly and ensuring timely corrective actions. - Ensuring all vendors comply with organizational policies, legal regulations, confidentiality, and data protection requirements. - Identifying vendor-related risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies. - Conducting market research to stay updated on competitive pricing and service standards.
