Vendor Manager

Role & responsibilities

Contract compliance management

• Review Statements of Work (SOWs), Work Orders (WOs) and Supplements.
• Ensure deliverables and obligations are met.
• Create a framework and conduct regular oversight and enforcement of contractual obligations.
• Conduct comprehensive supplier performance reviews.
• Mitigate risk and unnecessary costs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop contract requirements.

Performance Management

• Analyse vendor performance using Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Provide monthly performance reports for service towers (PTP, OM, ITC, etc.).
• Identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
• Coordinate quarterly business reviews with vendors.
• Ensure vendor compliance with regulatory requirements.

Relationship Management and Risk Monitoring

• Coordinate internal audits and compliance requests.
• Manage risk mitigation plans
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans(including business continuity plans).

Additional Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain vendor management policies and procedures.
• Conduct market research to identify best practices.
• Participate in industry conferences and forums.
• Manage vendor disputes and resolutions.
• Establish relationship with business including GBS leadership, operations and legal
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

• 12+ years of experience in vendor management, contract management or related field.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven experience in vendor management
• Experience working with global stakeholders including senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of business process outsourcing and real estate industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law or related field.
