VAS Caller

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Outbound calling to promote Value Added Services

✔ Explaining service benefits and helping customers choose the right add-ons

✔ Upselling/cross-selling services

✔ Meeting daily/weekly activation targets

✔ Updating customer records and maintaining service quality

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication & persuasion skills

• Experience in customer service, sales, or telecom (preferred)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Professional, motivated, and customer-friendly attitude
