About the Role

FAS Representative – Financial Assistance Program

What You’ll Do

• Partner with medical representatives to introduce oncologists and hospitals to the FAS Program
• Explain program features, processes, and eligibility criteria to doctors and hospital stakeholders
• Build trust and address queries related to financing solutions
• Transition to independent doctor engagement to drive program adoption
• Share market and field insights to refine communication and outreach strategies

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate in

  Finance, Business, or related field

• 2–4 years of experience

  in financial services (loans, EMI programs, NBFCs) or healthcare financing/insurance/TPAs
• Excellent

  communication and presentation skills

• Strong relationship management and persuasion abilities

• Willingness to travel extensively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in

  healthcare financing, insurance, or hospital credit desks

• Familiarity with the

  oncology ecosystem
