Qualifications & Skills

    customer service (Healthcare), patient support, or healthcare operations

  • Strong healthcare background (hospital, diagnostics, home healthcare, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and regional languages
  • Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
  • Skilled in CRM tools, Excel, and record-keeping
  • Strong coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
