Financial Access Officer Healthcare Financing Program

As a Financial Access Specialist at iCanHeal, your role will involve being the bridge between hospitals, doctors, and patients to facilitate smooth and affordable financing for cancer treatment. Your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with medical representatives and hospital teams to introduce iCanHeal's Financial Assistance (FAS) Program - Educating oncologists, administrators, and patient counselors about program benefits and application processes - Building trust with doctors and stakeholders to promote the adoption of patient financing solutions - Addressing queries related to eligibility, documentation, and approval timelines - Gradually managing independent doctor and hospital engagement - Gathering field insights to enhance communication and outreach strategies To excel in this role, you should have a graduate degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in financial services (loans, EMI programs, NBFCs) or healthcare financing/insurance/TPAs. Additionally, possessing excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills, being a self-starter with a high-energy approach to fieldwork, and a willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in healthcare financing, insurance, or hospital credit desks, as well as familiarity with the oncology or healthcare ecosystem.
