Valuation Consultant

Role Overview: You will be responsible for achieving overall business targets in the allocated area within the region, focusing on business development, execution, and team management. Your role will involve understanding tangible asset valuation and real estate valuation approaches, including Market approach, Income approach, and Cost approach of valuations. You should be familiar with various types of values such as Market Value, Fair Value, Reinstatement Cost, Depreciated Replacement Cost, and Highest and Best Value. Additionally, you will handle different purposes of valuations like mortgage/collateral security, fund raising, purchase/sale, insurance, financial statement reporting, and mergers/demergers. Your expertise should also cover technical due diligence, development control regulations, International Valuation Standards, RICS Red Book norms, Lenders Engineering (LE), feasibility studies, and TEV studies. Key Responsibilities: - Implement the Business Development Plan in coordination with the Head of Business Development for the operational areas assigned to you. - Maintain existing business relationships, develop new relationships, and carry out market development. - Formulate business proposals, Pre-Qualification Documents, Technical Bids, and Financial Bids. - Participate in negotiation processes and awarding assignments. - Finalize project teams, prepare project schedules and cost estimates, and lead the team through assignment execution. - Coordinate with team members and Head of Research for inputs, update clients on project progress, and review submissions and deliverables. - Ensure timely billing and collection of receivables. - Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and update all MISs regularly. - Formulate assignment schedules and budgets, conduct client interactions, and monitor team engagement and productivity. - Collect receivables from past debtors.
