Valuation Consultant

You will be responsible for achieving overall business targets in the allocated area within the region, focusing on business development, execution, and team management. Your role will involve understanding tangible asset valuation and real estate valuation approaches, including Market approach, Income approach, and Cost approach of valuations. You should be familiar with various types of values such as Market Value, Fair Value, Reinstatement Cost, Depreciated Replacement Cost, and Highest and Best Value. Additionally, you will handle different purposes of valuations like mortgage/collateral security, fund raising, purchase/sale, insurance, financial statement reporting, and mergers/demergers. Your expertise should also cover technical due diligence, development control regulations, International Valuation Standards, RICS Red Book norms, Lenders Engineering (LE), feasibility studies, and TEV studies. In terms of Business Development, you will be responsible for implementing the Business Development Plan in coordination with the Head of Business Development for the operational areas assigned to you. This will involve maintaining existing business relationships, developing new relationships, market development, and formulating business proposals, Pre-Qualification Documents, Technical Bids, and Financial Bids. You will also be involved in negotiation processes and awarding assignments. For Project Execution, you will finalize project teams, prepare project schedules and cost estimates, understand client requirements, lead the team through assignment execution, coordinate with team members and Head of Research for inputs, update clients on project progress, review submissions and deliverables, and ensure timely billing and collection of receivables. In terms of Business Process Management, you will ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, update all MISs regularly, formulate assignment schedules and budgets, conduct client interactions, monitor team engagement and productivity, and collect receivables from past debtors.,
